Mr S.Narasimhan, Vice Chairman

He has varied international experience of 30 years in operations, marketing and senior management in Petrochemical, Automobile and IT industries. He lived and worked in Middle East for more than 7 years in the IT services sector with DEC, IBM/Wang and Microsoft. He came back to India in 1993 to venture into his own business based out of Chennai. He has a Masters degree in Business administration and a second mastersin Electronics from Madras University.

He is an active member of various trade bodies and executive committee member of Andhra Chamber of Commerce, Indo-Australian and Indo-Asian chamber, head of the infrastructure panel of Pondicherry CII council.

Mr. S. Padmanabhan, Director

He leads various companies of Sattva Business Group in the core segments of Logistics, Warehousing, Infrastructure Development and Agro Processing. Hespecialized in Management and Strategic Planning of various logistic activities and deeply involved in Planning, Implementation, establishing Management system and Control, Project Evaluation, Feasibility study of Market demand, Profitability of new products, and Product Mix. He possesses vast Industrial experience in Manufacturing Industry, covering Pharmaceuticals and Battery manufacturing and served in a Senior Managerial position. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and Member of Institute of Cost accountant of India.

He is actively involved in various trade bodies including South India Chamber of Commerce, Madras Chamber, Tamil chamber of commerce, and the Treasurer of National association of Container Freight Stations (NACFS).

Mr. S. Seshadri - Director

Academic Background:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering during 1979 — 1982 from C.N. Polytechnic, Chennai.
• Worked for 3 years as SITE ENGINEER in a leading construction company, Chennai.
• Worked for 2 years as SENIOR ENGINEER in a leading construction company at Vizag in execution of Waste Water Treatment Plant comprises of Thickeners, Chemical House, Inlet and Outlet Chamber, Wash out Chamber, Pump House, and Filter House.

Later, he ventured into own business and built the engineering division of Sattva group.

Mr. R. Sekar

• Diploma in Civil Engineering during 1981— 1984 from Central Polytechnic, Chennai.
• Diploma in Construction Management during 1991 — 1992 from Annamalai University.
• Worked for 1 year as SITE ENGINEER in a leading construction company, Chennai in execution of multi-storied residential apartment at Chennai
• Worked for 2 years as SITE ENGINEER in the same construction company at Vizag in Execution of Waste water treatment plant for M/s.Vizag Steel Plant at Vizag under M/s. Hindustan Door Oliver Ltd., comprises of Thickeners, Chemical House Inlet and Outlet chamber, Wash out Chamber, Pump House and Filter House.
• Worked for 2 years as SITE-INCHARGE in the same company in Chennai
• Construction of the main block of Bharat Institute of Science and Technology at Chennai
• Construction of I.T.I Building and Workshop at Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram Dist. Near Chennai and TVS Suzuki Ltd, Hosur.
