Established in the heart of cashew cultivation belt of India, at Semmedu village, near Panruti, Cuddalore District, in Tamilnadu, Sattva has a 450 MT per annum of raw cashew nut capacity state-of-the-art cashew processing and packaging plant. It operates a leased unit at Panruti to part process and package cashew kernels with a capacity of 150 MT per annum. The company has strategically set up the plants near cashew plantations, enabling easy procurement of high quality cashew nuts and kernels and availability of skilled labour. Sattva markets plain and spiced cashew for Indian market and exploring the avenues for exporting to International markets.



Sattva has been able to sustain the growth it has achieved over the years with the advantage of a close relationship with the local cashew growers.


The cashew processing activities do involve certain amount of skill, the activity being a traditional one for the region. Sattva has strategically set up the plants, where the skilled labour force is available from nearby villages at relatively lesser cost. Sattva has trained administrative/supervisory personnel to monitor the entire activity.
