    Public Bonded Warehouse

    In November 1995 we have executed our first project of commissioning of a Public Bonded Warehouse at Madras for a Private Sector client. We have successfully completed the contract for the overall management of the Warehouse including operation and marketing for the client for the last 3 years with more than 100% capacity utilization.

    During the year 1997, we have also commissioned a Public Bonded Warehouse at Hyderabad for the above said client.

    Kakinada Port

    We have quoted through our client, for the Privatization of Kakinada Port in collaboration with RYNX International Corporation, Malaysia, for the preliminary bid.

    After preliminary discussion, we have participated in the tender for our claim for the Kakinada Port along with Westport, Malaysia, which has been short listed by the Government. Due to unforeseen circumstances the foreign Collaborator withdrew from participation in the financial bid.

    Container Freight station

    During the year 1997, we have conducted feasibility study for setting up an Inland Container Depot (ICD) with Railway siding near Gurgaon, Delhi for one of our esteemed clients. We have undertaken project implementation in the year 1998, which was commissioned in the second half of 1999.

    From 1996 to 1999 we have done overall management and control for one of our clients in Bangalore for handling operations in a Container Freight Station (CONCOR) at Madras.

    We have also undertaken implementation of Customs formalities for two major customers at Madras for setting up Container Freight Station/Bonded Warehouse.

    In he year 2000, we have executed and commissioned an Inland Container Depot with Public Bonded Warehouse at Pondicherry for our Group Company. Details of the Inland Container Depot are given in the annexure.

    In the same year, we have also developed and commissioned a Container Freight Station at Tiruvottiyur Chennai for our Group Company. Details of the Container Freight Station are furnished in the enclosure.

    Coal Movement

    During the year 1997, Madras Aluminium Company Ltd. awarded a contract to us for conducting a feasibility study for movement of coal from different Ports like, Madras, Cochin, Cuddalore and Tuticorin, for their Power Station at Mettur, with suitable suggestion for a Railway siding. We have submitted our Feasibility study report to their satisfaction. The

    CFS operation for P & O Port At chennai

    P&O Ports has taken over Chennai Port and formed a Company named Chennai Container Terminal P. Limited and gave SATTVA the special assignment to operate and manage LCL Import CFS operations for all LCL clearances at Chennai Port.

    From November 2002 to February 2005 we have undertaken storage, stuffing, stripping, consolidation or de-consolidation, survey. Customs Examination, Loading and Movement at the LCL CFS within Chennai Port
